Return Policy
While we strive to provide top notch customer service, and quality products for reasonable prices we understand sometimes a refund might need to happen from time to time! If you plan to return something you must call us or email us and let us know and we must approve the return and email you a return authorization # and have that # included when you send it back. If you send it back without a return authorization # we will refuse the package and send it back to you. When we receive it back with the authorization # It must be in the original packaging, it was sent to you in, and be in the same condition. Then we will send you a refund check or credit the credit card that was originally charged when the order was placed.
Used Products Return Policy!
Generally all used product purchases are sales final. We can take returns if we describe a item incorrectly. No other reasons for a return on used merchandise will be accepted. We must be notified within 30 days of the order date, that you are unhappy with the product, and it was not described correctly to you. We are human and do make mistakes and will do everthing in our power to describe items the best way possible. We have a broadrange of knowledge but, absolutely do NOT KNOW about everyones personal tastes and everything that might be of importantance to you. We do not assume that we are Experts in any field and describe them as we see them. If we describe a item incorrectly we will refund the purchase price, our handling charge of $0.50 and 1 way of the shipping price.
New Products Return Policy!
Returns are allowed on defective products for up to 30 days after the date of the order. We will then send a replacement item in exchange for the damaged product. In some instances we may ask you to provide a picture of what is damaged on the product. We may also require that the damaged product be shipped back to us, and sometimes we may just say throw it away. If the item does need to be shipped back to us we will split the shipping costs with the buyer. The buyer will not be responsible to pay the extra shipping cost to ship the new product to them. If we do not have a identical item we will then issue you a refund. Please note that all touch lamps are pretested before they leave us, and all glass as well. We will not accept any reports of a defective lamp as they are tested before shipment. Please note that we will not be held reliable for products damaged while in transit. We highly recommend insurance on those purchases. For products that you may of just changed your mind those items must be returned unused, and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for both ways of shipping! We will only return the product price minus shipping fees, and charge you a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 which ever is less, of the product price.
