Qusstion: I have read your item description but it did not answer my question about the item?

Question: I can not quite see the detail of the item in your picture.
Answer: No problem! When we first started our site we actually had a bad camera and, some of the pictures are not of the highest quality. We do plan to redo alot of our pictures overtime. If you see a item you would like a better picture of just contact us, and we would be happy to provide you with a clear picture.
Question: I have decided to make a purchase but, it does not give me a shipping price why?
Answer: Due to the wide range of products we sell we have found it is better to have our site set to say "Due to the nature of our products we will contact you about the shipping". We can just about always save the customer money on shipping from when we had our site quote shipping, and so we decided to disable that feature. We ship by the Post Office for most small packages, and can also ship larger packages thru Fed Ex or UPS as well to save a customer on shipping. We pride ourselves on reasonable shipping prices, and providing shipping choices to you our customer.
Question: Can I actually get a shipping quote before I finalize my order?
Answer Sure just email or call us with the item you have interest in and, provide your zip code, and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please note though that the shipping quote may be off by a few dollars, but we quarantee our quotes to not be off more than $6 though.
Question: Why would your shipping quote be off.
Answer: A quote may be off a little because we quess at the total weight of the package, and sometimes we are wrong, but 95% of the time we are right on. The total weight of the package, and dimensions of the box, is what shipping is charged on.
Question: Can I calculate my own shipping?
Answer: You are welcome too but, we wish for you to understrand what you find is only a quote, and maybe a little different depending on the weight. You can visit www.usps.com and enter our zip code as 49093 and, yours. On top of the shipping price we add a small $0.50 handling charge plus require delivery confirmation on all packages which costs $0.65 for Priority mail, and $0.75 for Parcel Post. We do not require delivery confirmation though on packages that are insured. If you want a Fed Ex quote you can call 1-800-go-fedex. Please note though our account rates are slightly lower than the rates they will provide you with. We will give you those lower rates. Please also note though that Fed Ex charges us a $13 a week pickup fee. We somethimes may hold your package back a few days to help offset that cost till we have a few more packages the next week. If you don't want us to wait a little then just put a note in the order comments section. We pride ourselves on making a profit on the product and not the shipping. We can also ship it by UPS as well, and we do not put a hold on these packages until we have enough to go out. They do not charge a weekly pickup fee, and instead charge a flat pickup fee per package which we will include in your shipping cost when we email you the shipping choices. You can also call 1-800-pick-ups to get a quote thru them, but once again the rate you will be charged will be slightly lower than what you will be quoted.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: We are more than happy to ship overseas.
Question: Do you ship to a gift recipient?
Answer: Yes we would be happy to ship to a gift recipient.
Question: What payments do you accept?
Answer We accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks, and the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We will contact you though if you choose to use Discover as we also need the last 3 numbers on the back of the card. Please only send the last 3 numbers though, and not any other information on your card, for your protection.
Question: Do you ship Express Mail for overnite delivery?
Answer: We would be happy to ship a item express mail. We do however want you to know that this method of shipping is costly though. Just put a comment in your order that you want your order shipped this way.
Question: I was wondering what type of packaging materials do you use, and will my order arrive properly packaged?
Answer: We take great care in every single order we receive. We do however reuse boxes, and some packaging material to help keep our shipping costs down. If a item needs extra care we bubble wrap it, and every single box we send out is then also filled in with foam peanuts for extra security for your purchase. We beleive once you receive a package from us you will be amazed by the amount of protection we give to every order.
Question: I made a purchase a week ago, and I have not received it yet why?
Answer: There can be many reasons a package can be held up in transit. During Holiday shopping especially can take up to 4 times as long as normal shipping times may take. We give each purchase a tracking or delivery confirmation # on all purchases except purchases on Novelty Id's. Shipping time generally takes 2-10 days depending on how the order is shipped, but a few times have actually taken as long as 45 days to arrive for some reason beyond our control. Once a order is received we promptly ship it out to you. We highly recommend insurance on a package. If insurance is not purchased we can not, and will not be held responsible for a lost package. Also if insurance is purchased the USPS requires 30 days to pass before a insurance claim can even be filed. Fed Ex has automatic insurance coverage up to $100.00, but does not cover packagrs that may be stolen off your front step or near your home unless a signature is required and that costs $2.50. We would highly recommend the extra $2.50 for a more expensive item. I know I have seen a story on the CBS evening news about people stealing packages off the front steps, and I am sure many of you also seen that same story. Fed Ex in our opinion is alot more reliable, and our personal recommendation to ship the item. We hope this information has helped.
Question: If I am a International buyer do I have to pay customs fees or do you pay them for me?
Answer: We do not pay any customs fees. The customer is responsible to pay all customs fees that will be due. We put the product value on the customs form, and will not under any circumstance lower the product value on the form so you don't have to pay more on customs fees. So please don't even ask. |
