The book has a copyright date of 1926 and has 340 total pages. The book does have problems though starting with the front cover It has wear and a red mark and the Inside the first page Is which I suspect was blank as the one after It Is. The book also has about 7 pages with pretty heavy pencil marks and the contents page has pencil marks and a tear. I have Included a picture of that and 2 other pictures so please check those out. If I would grade It with a 10 being mint and a 1 being ready for garbage and takeing Into effect the age of the book I would give It a 4.
