Here I have a VERY OLD book titled Heath’s Common School Musin Readers. The copyright date of this book Is 1879 WOW. This book has absolutely seen better times but, for as old as It Is Is In fairly good shape. The front cover has several wear spots and Is faded In spots (LOOK AT PICTURE). The front cover IS still attached and Inside has some tears here and there and writing Inside the front cover. The rest of pages are In VERY GOOD condition with light browning occuring and a few creases here and there. The back cover Is Missing and I only have the pages thru 156 so a few of the back pages might be missing but, I don’t know how many also the back cover Is gone. It has Its share of trouble but, for the age not bad. If I would grade It with a 10 being Mint and a 1 being In shambles and taking the age Into consideration I would give It a 3. I have Included 3 pictures so please check those out. Note also on the first page It says First Book this may very well be the Very First edition of this but, I really don’t know for certain. It was published by White, Smith, & Co. 516 Washington St. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
