Please also note our website does not give shipping rates because we sell such a wide variety of items, and it is difficult to give a fair shipping price until the order is packed, weighed, and we know where it is going too. Please note due to a high number of people placing online orders with check or money order, and not coming thru on there purchase we now only accept credit cards. The only way we will accept a check or money order is you must call us, and we must ok a money order or check sale. We tried to believe in peoples good will, but too many people did not follow through. We have also decided to intiate a $3 charge for orders that are cancelled after 6 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled before 6 hours there will be no charge. It takes our time and packing materials when someone places, and cancells a order, and feel we should be paid for our time. It does not matter how high or low the order price is every order is subject to this new policy.

Here I have a circa 1960 Scottville Michigan tourist brochure. I want you to know I do not know a exact date this brochure was made but, I beleive sometime in the 1960 area as the cars in the pictures all date to around that time period. This is a very nice tourist brochure from Scottville, and also includes a small map showing where Scottville is near the lake. Some of what the brochure says is:
Scottville is a bustling small city located in the heart of Michigan’s most beautiful recreation and farming regions. Located on the banks of the Pere Marquette River, Scottville is only 8 miles away from Lake Michigan near the industrial city of Luddington. Recreational opportunities in and about Scottville. The Pere Marquette offers the finest fishing and canoeing in the midwest. Northern Pike, Trout, Steelhead, Coho, and Chinook Salmon are prevalent in the river. Record sized fish are often by lucky anglers. Hunting season also offers much to the sportsman and his family. Deer and small game abound in the forests and fields near the city. Winter sports enthsiasts will find many miles of trails in nearby forests for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Scottville provides many fine facilities for the visitor or the resident. There are fine motels and restaurants in the area, churches of all denominations and major service clubs have a fine history of community service. Home of the famous "Scottville Clown Band", a brass band who march in costume, Scottville is a pleasant place to visit, to work and to live.
Please note it says alot more about Scottville than I just wrote. The brochure is in excellent condition with some minor signs of wear. Please check out the three pictures.
