Here we have a VHS movie titled "The Mark". It stars Stuart Whitman, Rod Steiger, and Maria Schell. The movie has been tested and it works perfectly with no problems noticed. The box sleeve is in excellent condition with a light over all wear.
This is the story of Jim Fuller, a 33-year-old man released from prison after serving a term for child molesting.
With the help of the prison psychiatrist, who believes he is cured, Fuller finds a respectable job. He makes excellent progress at his work and receives a rapid promotion. He also earns the respect and friendship of the firm’s owner and his secretary--the only two who know of this past.
One night, however, Fuller is picked up by the police on suspicion of a crime, which to the police bore his trademark. While leaving the police station Fuller is spotted by a reporter, who previously covered his trial.
Several weeks later, Fuller returns to his lodging house to be met with horrified stares. A newspaper is thrown at him and his life is shattered.
The acting abilities of both Stuart Whitman and Rod Steiger, shine in this meaningful drama.
The movie is black-and-white from 1961, and is 127 minutes long.
