Here we have a gay interest vhs movie titled "The Living End". The movie has been tested, and works great. The box sleeve has very light wear.
The film that put Gregg Araki (The Doom Generation) on the map as an important voice in American independant film, The Living End is a post-modern and darkly comedic story of love. Driven by a cutting edge industrial soundtrack, the film explores the sexual and fatally romantic consequences of gay male attraction in the 1990s. Jon and Luke are HIV positive outcasts with literally nothing to lose, on the lam in the desolate, quasi-surrealistic American wasteland. When Jon announces he’s had enough of the romantic fantasy and is returning home, he finds himself at gunpoint and the mercy of the unstable, unpredictable Luke. During an intense, sexual and emotional showdown on a desert beach, their twisted relationship comes to an unnerving climax and an inevitable resolution.
The movie is not rated, and is 85 minutes long.
