Here I have The Amazing Colossal Man vhs movie. It was originally released In theatres back In 1957 and was renewed and rereleased on vhs by Columbia Tistar pictures In 1992 Is when this vhs was made. It Is Black & White and Is 79 minutes long. The movie has been tested and plays perfectly. The sleeve has some small stains on the back side and normal shelf wear. The movis Is about ( Not even the U.S. Army can keep her away from the man she loved but, only the U.S Army can save her from the monster he became. When a civillian plane goes down over an army testing range during a top secret experiment, Colonel Glen Manning (Glen Langan) risks his life to rescue the pilot. But Manning Is too late- and his heroism earns him a nightmarish future of plutonium blast proportions as the amazing colossal man. Manning’s miraculous survival is soon revealed as a towering curse-- a mysterious biochemical imbalance causes Manning to grow at the astounding rate of ten feet a day. His fiancee, Carol Forrest (Cathy Downs) wants to stand by her man while the doctors look for the cure. But as the crazed Manning looms to forty feet, then fifty, then sixty... his heart can’t handle the giant demands -- and Carol’s heart can’t accept his inevitable doom. Frantic and Desperate, Manning flees Into the Nevada desert unaware that Army doctors have just discovered an antidote. Driven by monstrous madness, the seventy foot giant rampages Las Vegas as the army races to stop him. But In a precarious final battle on top of Boulder Dam, Carol lands right In the Palm of his hand-- hostage to her mutant lover’s rage as the bazooka pwered climax plunges to a tragic End.)
